My last post inspired me to start something. I think I'll try to post a weigh-in every Wednesday to make note of and progress (or setbacks) I've had in a weeks time. I'll also post progress pictures from time to time. None this week because no progress was made.
My weight this morning was up a pound. The scale read 182 lbs, am I worried. Nope. After a holiday weekend full of too much soda, too much junk food, too little working out. I'm glad it's only a pound. Truthfully, it's probably water weight from the junk. So for the next week I'll be making sure to get in my workouts, watch my foods (eating as clean as possible) and be in a sort of recovery mode.
